Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send the item back for a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rouhtin.com.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address provided in our email response. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved (and received within the 30-day return window), you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rouhtin.com.

For reference, you can use Ritual’s Partner With Us page as inspiration, or I can send you the link directly. I’m not looking to copy it exactly, but I’d like something with a similar structure and professional feel.

The goal is to have a dedicated page for potential affiliates, influencers, content creators, healthcare professionals, retail partners, and other collaboration opportunities to learn about partnering with Rouhtin and submit an inquiry.
